Bereavement

Bereavement is often one of the biggest challenges we face.  Every circumstance is different, and every individual  lost unique.   Managing loss can be overwhelming for adults and children; but there is lots of help out there for adults and children alike.

The Good Grief Trust - a website run by people whom themselves have had a bereavement.  They offer support from day 1, and aim to bring bereavement services together so you are able to seek help.

The Lullaby Trust - offers emotional support for bereaved families

Winston's Wish - supports children and young people after the death of a family member
